I went in SUPER frustrated with my expensive Janome machine. I’ve paid several other companies to “fix” it, only to have it gunk up after about 30 min. Tyler talked me through several things to try, tested the machine (for free) and sent me home with new thread to try. EXCELLENT customer service. He is my new sewing guy in Casper for sure!
